Party Girl
That was me this weekend! Party Girl!!! On Friday, Vickie and I went to Gena's Home & Garden Party. Then on Saturday afternoon I went to a "BagDaddy" party. Which I had never heard of before but had a blast. You get to "design" your own "bag". They also have hats (floppy kind), aprons, diaper bags, makeup bags, totes, etc. You get to choose the material and style. Will share with y'all once I get mine in. Then on Saturday evening I had a Creative Memories get together. For a snack we had some "FUNdue"!!! Very Yummy!!!
Today I am going to try out a new recipe that I got from the Rachel Ray Show. It's a Turkey Meatloaf with Creamy Asiago Gravy & Roasted Broccoli & Tomatoes. I also need to get things ready for my Stamper's 6 Get Together on Tuesday (11-13). And other than getting laundry done, that's about all that's on my To-Do list for today. Hope everyone has a wonderful week!!! Blog ya later!!! Take Care!! TerryK

Hello
Hello Everyone!!!
Well we finally got a camper!! I am so excited and can't wait for our first camping trip!!! Which won't be until the end of September!!! We spent most of last Saturday getting our camper ready and then Sunday we went and scouted out some camping spots!! As we headed home we got caught in a little bit of a storm ...high winds....rain and even some hail (pea size).
We hadn't been home more than an hour when it finally hit here and we lost our electricity for about 2 hours. Gave me a chance to get some of my stamping/scrapbooking stuff organized. Which I have been working on a little here and there this week. Well it is getting late so I better gegt to bed.
I am so glad that tomorrow is TGIF!!!!! Take Care!!!

I'm Still Here
Life has been hectic these last few weeks for Gary and I. We got a new/used 03 Ford F150 and this week we are getting a used camper. We have been wanting to do more camping and hopefully we will be able to now. You can see a picture of our pickup on Gary's blog.
I finally went to see my allergy doctor today and came home with 3 prescriptions!!! One I have to take 12 pills once a day for seven days then it changes ...and I take them all at once!!! Oy Vey!!! I have a lovely sinus infection. Which is probably more info than you wanted to hear.
I am planning on posted more of my stamping projects on my blog in the very near future and I hope that you will all stop by often. Take Care Everyone!!!

Bittersweet Day
Well today is a bittersweet day for me as it is Sheena's birthday. She would of been 26 today. I think of her every day and miss her so much!! It's really hard to lose someone you love, even harder when they are so young. I try to remember all the happy times with her and not the fact that she is gone. It's just a little harder today. So Please keep me and my family, especially my sister Sherry, Sheena's mom in your prayers. Thanks so much. Take Care!

Another Monday
Another Monday bites the dust!!!! And boy was it a hot one!!! Every time I had to go outside I felt like I was walking straight into a oven. It looks like we are in for more hot days according to the weather reports!! Hopefully the hot months will go by quickly for us all. My poor hubby has to work out in it plus some added heat from the boilers and stuff.
I am hoping to have a very creative induced weekend while my hubby Gary heads to Red Lodge, MT for a Harley Rally where he will be busy taken photos and hopefully kicking his heels up a bit. But not too much!!!
I have a few projects of my own to tackle while Gary is gone and hopefully I will get then done. I have some stamping I hope to get done as well as some scrapbooking.
What do y'all have planned for the upcoming weekend??? Here's hoping you have a womderful week!!! Take Care!!!!

Inspirations of Friendships
A lot of my inspiration comes from family and friends. Some of my friends I have never met face to face but feel like I have known them all my life.
Donna , who helped me set up my blog, is a great inspiration to me. Through her words, artwork and most of all her faith and friendship. I have never met Donna face to face but hope that one day we will get to meet in person.
Vickie , who is my best friend and inspires me to be a better me. She is always there for me no matter what. She is my 'partner in crime' and my sounding board. We have the best time together whether we are stamping, scrapbooking, watching a movie or just talking.
Kimm , who I first met through a yahoo group for stampers. I have had the honor of meeting Kimm and her family in person. She inspires me by being who she is. She wears many hats and does a superb job wearing them all. Wife, mother, teacher, nurse, artist, christian and friend.
I feel truly blessed to have these ladies in my life and to call them friend.

Flap Fold Card
I got the directions and inspiration for this card from the "Technique Junkies" June/July 2007 Issue. For more information on this publication go to http://www.patstamps.com/
Artwork by Terry Kemmitz
© Stampin’ UP! 1999-2007
Last weekend my good friend Vickie http://whispersofinspiration.blogspot.com/ came over to "play". This is one of the projects that we did. What I love most about the lay out of the Flap Fold card is that the possiblities for it are endless.
Products used are all from Stampin' UP! except for the Vellum Quote by Eden Froust which is by Creative Memories.
Vickie and I try to get together at least once a month to "play". We always have a wonderful time and it's nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of.

Stampin' & Scrappin' Room
This is the "in progress" of my new stamp room. Out of the blue one evening my very handsome hubby Gary made the comment about swapping my stampin' and scrappin' room with the living room. I asked if he was serious and he said yes! I then asked him when and so that weekend (which was a few weeks ago) that's what we did.
What a chore it was but what fun I had! I got to get some new cabinets for the room and boy did I find a lot of "missin" stuff. I still have some 'organizing ' to do but am very happy with how it's looking!!!
I feel very comfortable here and my hubby Gary is enjoying having the living room where my room used to be. I am truly blessed to have a husband who encourages me in my hobbies and understands them. Well maybe not totally understand it but he goes along with it!!! Ain't he the greatest?

The Beginning
It's hard to believe that it is already July!!! This year seems to be flying by. The year didn't start out too well for me. In January we lost my niece Sheena. She left us with a very precious gift, her son Anthony Jacob. Who will be 1 year old on the 24th of July. You can see her and Anthony's picture on the upper right. I miss her terrible and wish that we could of had more time with her. Her son Anthony will forever and always have the best guardian angel.
